Endless Summer Distillery
Endless Summer Distillery is one of Kelowna’s newest distilleries that opened this year, 2014. The idea of establishing a distillery has been developing for some time. Travelling to Alabama and other southern states, where the process of moonshine has been passed down for generations helped with the idea of building a craft distillery in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Fairbanks Distilling
To master the art, Levy took distilling classes in Amsterdam, upstate New York, Chicago and Seattle and studied and worked for two weeks at Grand Teton Distillery in Driggs, Idaho, which also produces award-winning potato vodkas. The still Levy uses is one he purchased from Grand Teton Distillery.

Wildrye Distilling
Wildrye specializes in the production of unique spirits prepared almost entirely from Montana-grown ingredients. Rather than importing raw materials from out-of-state to try and imitate established liquor styles, we use local ingredients to create spirits that have their own unique Montana style and taste.

1857 Spirits
Since 1857, six generations of the Barber family have farmed dairy and produce in the heart of the Schoharie Valley—the breadbasket of the Revolutionary War. As one of the only American distilleries growing its own potatoes and using its own spring water, the superlative quality of our ingredients produces only the finest vodka, and the Barber family tradition of excellence continues.

White Tiger Distillery
Our mission at White Tiger Distillery is to bring the majestic East to the modern West by merging time-honored, traditional methods with present-day distillation techniques. We use only the highest quailty ingredients to provide the finest handcrafted Laotian rice whisky to consumers in our country and around the world.

Whistling Hare Distillery
The American Pika is often seen scampering above the treeline of the nearby Rocky Mountains, pausing to the sound of the trademark chirp that gives it the nickname "Whistling Hare." It spends most of the spring and summer carefully selecting and storing enough nearby vegetation to sustain it through the winter. Like the pika, we spend a great deal of time foraging for quality local and organic ingredients. It's all part of our mission to create craft spirits inspired by our love for the outdoors while doing our part to preserve it.
